Does Starpro offer guarantees on purchases?

Starpro Combat guarantees return of goods up to 45 days from the day of purchase. These need to be unused and returned with the tags and packaging intact. For detailed information about returns, see here. Return Policy

Are my credit card details safe?

How do I view my shopping cart?

To view your items, click the Shopping Cart button at the top right corner of your screen.

How do I add or remove things from my shopping cart?

Once you click the Shopping Cart button, you can change the quantity of items in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the Update Shopping Cart option. You can also delete any item from your cart by clicking the Remove button and then updating your cart with the Update Shopping Cart button.

How do I sign into my account?

Starpro Combat allows account creation so that you can order seamlessly and receive offers and updates. The Sign In button at the top right corner of the website will allow you to sign into your account, or to sign up if you are a new customer.

Shipping and Logistics

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Orders that ship to destinations outside the UK or the European Union may incur duties and taxes. Please check with your country’s customs office for details about your country's duties and taxes. Starpro Combat is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your order.

Are there charges for shipping?

For our UK orders, our shipping rates list is as below:

*This applies for orders that weigh up to 20kg. For Isles or remote areas, a surcharge may be applicable.

How do I track my shipment?

If you have created a Starpro account, tracking details for your order will be uploaded on your account and you will be able to check the status of your shipment. If you have ordered through a Guest account, an email detailing your shipment will be sent to the email address you used for your order.

What shipping methods does Starpro offer to Europe?

Starpro ships throughout Europe via Parcelforce, Royal Mail, DPD, and TNT.

Where are your warehouses located?

Our UK warehouse is located in Birmingham, England and our European warehouse is in Alphen, Netherlands.

Your Order

How do I check my order status?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via the email you have provided.

How do I place my order?

First, select the product you would like to purchase. Click the Add to Cart button from the product page. You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout. Once you have decided your order, click on Shopping Cart and follow the prompts to check out. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

How will I know that my order has been confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided via cs@starprocombat.co.uk This email will also include your order number.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?

While Starpro Combat maintains its inventories to reflect accurate stock, in rare cases there may be some items that are not available. In this case, they will be automatically removed from your cart.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Once you have placed your order, you have a 15-minute window in which to change it. After that, the order will be considered final.

Who do I contact if I have trouble placing my order?

If it seems your order is not being placed or you are having trouble confirming it, please contact cs@starprocombat.co.uk at your earliest so that they can sort the issue for you.
